The working principle of the Wuchang vibrating screening machine is that the medium to be processed is pumped and inputted by the 1# pumping device to the vibrating screening device for a primary coarse filtration to remove large particles. Technical features and advantages:

1. Advanced screening concept and unique screen structure;

Through stepped segmented sieve plate control, the sieve plate can achieve variable amplitude, variable trajectory, and frequency conversion working movement to achieve the purpose of high-level screening; the stepped anti-clogging device reduces the probability of blocking holes by more than 70%.

2. Energy saving and low energy consumption;

Under the same working conditions, the vibration weight of the vibrating screen is only 2/5 of the traditional elliptical screen and 3/5 of the bar screen. Therefore, it saves more than 1 times of the traditional elliptical screen and more than 1/3 of the traditional bar screen. . With a static sealing structure, the required air volume is only about 8-12 cubic meters per minute, while the traditional vibrating screen dynamic sealing air volume for dust removal per square meter is about 20-25 cubic meters per minute. Therefore, the power of the fan can be more than doubled.

3. Higher screening efficiency and large processing capacity.

The opening rate of the traditional elliptical screen is only about 20%, and the screening efficiency is only about 75%, while the traditional bar screen does not have the functions of frequency conversion, amplitude change, and trajectory change. Our company's vibrating screening machine adopts double-layer or multi-layer screen structure, the opening rate of the screen can reach more than 50%, and the effective screening efficiency can be improved by more than 90% by means of frequency conversion and amplitude change.

4. Simple and easy to maintain

The traditional elliptical sieve requires about 6-8 hours for 4 people to replace the sieve plate, while the traditional bar screen requires 4 people for about 6 hours. However, the sieve plate of our vibrating sieving machine adopts the method of overall replacement, replacing the sieve plate with 2 people. It takes about 2 hours to resume production and use, with simple maintenance and low time cost.

6. Minimize the floor space

Under the same working conditions, a single traditional elliptical screen occupies about 210 cubic meters, and a bar screen occupies about 150 cubic meters, while the vibrating screen adopts a vertical three-dimensional layout and has a compact structure. It only needs about 70 cubic meters and saves more than 50% of the land space.
