Low temperature catalytic combustion equipment (RCO)
The catalytic combustion method belongs to the thermal destruction method. The mechanism is oxidation and thermal cracking, and thermal decomposition of the organic components in the exhaust gas to convert it into non-toxic CO2 and H2O.

Catalytic combustion technology provides a unique economic solution for the treatment of pollutants. The use of catalytic combustion to treat organic waste gas has the advantages of high purification efficiency, low energy consumption, and no secondary pollution. The purification efficiency of catalytic combustion is generally above 97%, and it is the preferred technology for purification of high-concentration, small-flow organic waste gas.

The catalytic combustion method is more suitable for the purification of high-concentration and low-volume exhaust gas. When treating low-concentration exhaust gas, it is necessary to maintain catalytic combustion at 300-400°C.

Temperature, it is necessary to rely on active carbon adsorption and other concentration processes to increase the combustion calorific value of the exhaust gas, but moisture, oil and particulate matter in the exhaust gas can easily cause activated carbon adsorption

The reduction in capacity and the poisoning and deactivation of the catalyst have restricted the promotion and use of this method to a certain extent.
