Advection air flotation sedimentation machine is a series of air flotation water treatment equipment produced by the introduction of advanced foreign technology. It is mainly used for the purification of industrial sewage and urban sewage such as papermaking, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, and oil refining. The power consumption of this equipment is only 1/10 of that of the traditional air flotation method. There is no need for mechanical mud scraping equipment. Each mud hopper is equipped with a separate mud discharge pipe, which discharges the mud independently, without interfering with each other, ensuring the concentration of sedimentation. The aerator can adjust the bubble size to ensure the most effective flocculation effect. It integrates precipitation, flocculation and air flotation, which greatly reduces the basic investment of equipment.
The equipment is mainly composed of air flotation sedimentation box, aerator, slag scraping system, scum collection and discharge system, overflow water system, electric control system, dispensing tank, return pipeline, and ring operating platform.
