Wuchang designs and manufactures vertical and horizontal tanks and usually uses corrugated board to make the side walls stronger. Conventional horizontal mud tanks are usually oilfield-type design skid-mounted and foldable walkways for easy movement. The aisles, stairs and manholes are covered with galvanized gratings. The sheet profiles are first sandblasted. For spraying, we use the ASAP brand epoxy zinc-rich paint coating, the first layer thickness is 80μm, and the epoxy medium is twice, the thickness is 250μm. Polyurethane topcoat was applied twice, and the outer thickness of the tank was 80μm. Spray 2 layers in the tank according to the above standards.
