Working principle: The
suspension to be treated is distributed into the drum by the feed pump from the feed pipe, and the solid particles with larger specific gravity are accelerated to the inner layer of the drum wall under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, and the settled solid phase is pushed by the screw. Driven by the feeder blades, it is discharged from the sedimentation zone (cylindrical drum) through the drying zone (conical drum) to the solid phase outlet; the clarified liquid phase is discharged from the large end liquid phase overflow outlet. So as to realize solid-liquid two-phase or solid-liquid-liquid three-phase separation.
