When the oily wastewater flows into the isolation zone, the sewage undergoes a primary sedimentation and sludge discharge process in the sedimentation zone. The fine sludge settled in the sand hopper is discharged from the vent pipe, and then the liquid enters the isolation degreasing zone, using the inlet and outlet water pressure and liquid level The oil and water specific gravity and the installation carefully designed the oil slick device, so that the grease is naturally separated and floated upwards through the coalescing filter to coalesce on the top of the separation device, and the grease overflows and discharges from the oil outlet through the oil drain valve. In the oil collecting bucket, the oil collecting bucket needs to be regularly cleaned or replaced by a dedicated person; the bottom is heavy phase water and a very small amount of fine mud sand, and the water overflows through the drainage port in the middle and lower part to overflow into the water tank for collection; it flows into the oil and water along with the water flow. The fine particles or silt in the separation zone are deposited in the secondary grit hopper under the action of gravity and discharged by the vent pipe.
Working principle of oil-water separation device:
The working principle of the oil-water separation device is mainly the coalescence of oil droplets and the sedimentation and separation of the gravity difference between the oil, water and solid phase.
1) Primary sedimentation
The liquid inlet of the separation device is equipped with a small grit chamber. When the oily wastewater flows into the isolation area, the sewage undergoes a first-stage sedimentation and sludge discharge process in the sedimentation area, and the fine sludge settled in the grit hopper is discharged through the vent pipe.
2) Coalescence of oil droplets
The sewage after sedimentation enters the filter separation layer of the oil-water separation device and flows through the tightly structured coalescing medium bundle. The coalescing medium expands the surface area of the oil-water separation device and provides more condensation space for suspended oil droplets. Grease continuously accumulates on the coalescing plate and becomes larger oil droplets. Then, the larger droplets flow to the surface of the medium, separate and rise to the surface of the water to suspend.
3) Oil enters the oil reservoir
The oil suspended on the water surface enters an isolated oil reservoir for temporary storage under the action of gravity, and is discharged through the oil outlet pipe. The oil reservoir can be freely disassembled from the tank.
4) A small amount of solid phase slips into the sludge bin
Because the gravity of the solid is higher than that of water, the solid will slide from the surface of the medium into the sludge silo at the bottom of the oil-water separation device for removal and discharge.
5) Use of clean water collection resources
After separation, oil-free and relatively clean water moves under the oil reservoir baffle, enters the clean water collection chamber through an adjustable weir, and then is discharged from the water outlet under the action of gravity for use.
