The inclined plate sedimentation separator is also called the inclined plate clarification device, which is a solid-liquid separation equipment. When the solid-liquid mixture to be processed is coagulated, it enters the inlet tank of the inclined plate sedimentation separator and overflows upward between a group of inclined plates. By adding a number of inclined plate fillers in the body, while reducing the hydraulic radius, the wet perimeter of the water section is increased. Therefore, when the water flow is at the same level, the liquid storage can be reduced and the solid phase settling can be accelerated. In addition, an inclined plate is added. It can also shorten the sedimentation distance of the particles, reduce the sedimentation time, and improve the sedimentation efficiency.

working principle:

The inclined plate sedimentation separator is to set a number of stainless steel thin plates in the sedimentation separation zone, so that the effective sedimentation area can be doubled on the same unit area to form an efficient solid-liquid separation. The suspended solids, solids or flocs formed after adding coagulant in the raw materials accumulate into a thin mud layer on the surface area of the bottom side of the inclined plate, which slides into the mud suspension layer by gravity, and then sinks into the collection. The sludge bucket is discharged from the sludge pipe into the sludge pond for additional treatment or comprehensive utilization. The supernatant gradually rises to the collecting pipe and is gradually discharged, which can be directly discharged or reused.
