If it is directly in contact with the natural environment, it will cause serious pollution to soil, water and vegetation, and also cause a waste of oil resources. Therefore, no matter from the perspective of environmental protection or energy recovery, oily sludge should be treated innocuously, cleanly and resourcefully.

Through years of research, Wuchang environmental protection has developed comprehensive treatment and utilization technology of oil sludge. In this technical scheme, organic components in oily sludge are recovered and treated by high temperature pyrolysis system. It meets DB23 / T 1413-2010 pollution control standard for comprehensive utilization of oilfield oily sludge.

Composition of pyrolysis system:

Main technical specifications of pyrolysis system:

1. Basic parameters of oily sludge: oily sludge is light brown dispersed particles or dark brown to black slurry or paste; Paste and paste have a certain viscosity. Composition: containing oil and water, the rest is sediment and miscellaneous.

Treatment of three wastes in the production process of pyrolysis system:

1. Waste gas treatment

Through two safety devices sealing and full combustion in the oxidation furnace, the waste gas pollution is eliminated and a large amount of fuel is saved; In terms of smoke and dust emission, spray dedusting, two-stage spray desulfurization and one-stage adsorption are adopted, and the smoke and dust emission can reach the national standard of boiler air pollutant emission.

2. Waste liquid treatment

In the process of oil treatment, some weakly acidic wastewater will be produced (about 30-40 kg of wastewater will be produced for each ton of oil production, which is small and easy to treat). After being treated by air flotation device, sewage biochemical system and oxygen supply aeration, it can be used as supplementary cooling water.

3. Solid waste treatment

After pyrolysis, the oil content of oily sludge residue is less than or equal to 0.3%, which can be used for brick making, paving, cement making and other resource utilization.
