Wuchang environmental protection horizontal micro-negative pressure screw plate dryer can be equipped with an intelligent integrated control system, which can realize automatic control, temperature monitoring, speed monitoring, feed volume and discharge volume monitoring, monitoring and alarm functions. It is mainly composed of a main body, a screw spindle, a screw disc, a driving mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a heating device, a draft device and a cooling device. The main body is cylindrical with a jacket, and a heat source is passed into the jacket. There is an exhaust port on the top of the main body to discharge the evaporated water vapor and a feed port through which the wet materials are added to the dryer. There is a discharge port at the bottom of the main body, which is used to discharge the dried materials. There is a cleaning and sewage discharge port at the bottom of the two ends of the main body. The screw spindle in the main body is composed of a hollow spindle and a hollow screw. The screw spindle is connected to a heat source and distributed into the screw. The condensed water and non-condensable gas are discharged from the shaft end through the rotary joint. Mainly used in food, chemical, petrochemical, dye, industrial sludge and other fields. The characteristics of heat transfer, cooling and stirring of the equipment make it possible to complete the following unit operations: combustion, cooling, drying and heating, reaction and sterilization.

The main body is a cylinder with a jacket, and a heat source is connected into the jacket. There is an exhaust port on the top of the main body to discharge the evaporated water vapor and a feed port, from which the wet materials are added into the dryer. There is a discharge port at the bottom of the main body, which is used to discharge the dried materials. There is a cleaning drain port at the bottom of both ends of the main body, and a baffle plate is installed above the main body to keep the screw plate clean. The screw spindle in the main engine body is composed of a hollow spindle and a hollow screw. The screw spindle is connected with a heat source and distributed to the screw. The condensed water and non condensable gas are discharged from the shaft end through a rotary joint.

An arc plate is installed on the outer edge of the screw spindle to make the material move slowly along the main body of the dryer towards the discharge port. The drying of materials is to heat the screw spindle and screw plate through heat source to make the materials fully contact, and then discharge the steam through the induced draft fan. The screw spindle of dryer is driven by motor and reducer. The heating system is composed of rotary joint, metal hose, stop valve, ball valve, sight hole, steam water separator, etc., so as to ensure that the screw spindle and disc are always full of saturated heat source, and ensure the smooth discharge of condensate.

working principle:

The material is fed into the dryer through the feed port, and the working medium flows between the main machine shell and the screw spindle. The heat is transmitted through the jacket, hollow spindle and hollow screw plate heating plate welded on the shaft. The material is indirectly heated and dried, and the water vapor generated is gathered on the top of the dryer, which is taken out of the dryer by the exhaust port. The heating plate of the hollow screw plate is completely vertical to the main shaft. Through the function of the propelling agitator on the plate, the material is stirred and pushed, and the drying surface is constantly updated, so as to achieve the purpose of drying the material. The drying process is that the heat source is used to heat indirectly through the contact surface of spindle and disk, and the moisture is evaporated faster by stirring the material.

6. The dryer carries out heat transfer through the main machine shell, screw spindle and left and right sides of each vertical screw, with large heat transfer area, compact structure and small floor area.

7. The material inside the dryer is wet material. In order to prevent the material from sticking to the rotating screw plate, there is a fixed long scraper plate on the inner wall of the shell, which extends to the gap between the screw plates to stir the material and clean the plate surface. After crushing and stirring, the material becomes uniform particles, which is conducive to further disposal.

8. Using low temperature heat source (≤ 180 ℃) to heat, the material on the disc will not overheat when it stops, and the restart will not be affected.

9. The material processing performance is strong, even if the feed is uneven, it can ensure the smooth operation of the dryer, with small internal operation resistance and low energy consumption of the equipment.
